With the HVAC, electrical, and roofing systems having surpassed their operational life expectancy, campus flooding issues and challenging student drop-off/pick-up traffic, the decision was made to tear down the current buildings and rebuild on Pueblos 15.6 acres located just north of Saguaro High School on 82nd Street.
